Company assets to be sold to repay amount. No update, what to do?

Respected Sir, I am the investor of Agrigold, now that company has cheated me even in Gulbarga there are agents who had not received their amount deposited in this company. now the High court has announced to sll the company assets and repay the amount then also we are not getting any updates. please help me sir.
Since there are several creditors of the business and the company has to repay a total of Rs. 7,000/- crore to various persons, it would first have to be looked in to determine if the disbursement process is underway and at what stage it is in or whether the company is purposely delaying the process.
Legal steps will have to be taken appropriately. If the company is pruposely and blatantly delaying the order of the court then a contempt of court petition could be filed.
