Client did not pay full amount how can I recover amount

Respected Sir/Mam i have my self business in nagpur city, i am selling Promotional & marketing Products, i was selling my product one Clint from amravati city cost around 62000/-, he has partially made my payment on My A/c in 3 months, after Due 32000/- he is not communicate with us,Contact No. switch off, No Mails Reply, after 10 months what can i do against him, should i go with legal way? or something else ? please help ...
Firstly, you are required to send a legal notice to the person asking to make the rest of the payment within stipulated time.
Failing so, you can file a recovery suit in the concerned civil court on the basis of the bond signed.
