Charged under IPC 290 what to do

Recently I have charged ipc 290 and gived fine the police. So I'm tenced. Can I apply for UPSC civil service?
Sec.290 ipc is a petty offences in the eye of the law.It deals that Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Code, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
