Can I win this dispute against transaction with credit card bank?

I made a transaction on my credit card for Rs 85000 at one club and holiday travels pvt ltd company for membership. I disputed this transaction with credit card bank as i am not happy with this membership due to the company has been providing the services which they were promised. Can I win this dispute against this transaction with my credit card bank.
In your case, 1. if your transaction is strictly on your own volition, the credit card company is not at fault and you cannot avoid the payment. 2. if your credit card bank has suggested or offered the memebership to you and lured you into accepting the membership, which is not upto the mark, you can have a cause of action against them for unfair and unethical practices and can seek compensation. Neverthless, the payment approved by you, cannot be stopped.
