Can I take action against the institute for rejecting my scholarship

I was selected in inspire scholarship [SHE-2014batch] but suddenly a mail came you are rejected because we are unable to give you this scholarship.It's news came when I had spend my money to make inspire 2014 project .Now I am unable to afford this money load .Can I take a legal action against DST, New Delhi. I I am not get scholarship only once a term.Please give me a legal advise all documents
It depends upon the terms of scholarship Scheme terms and conditions. It grant of Scholarship is a donation only you can not file a suit against them. AT the same time. if you have incurred some expenditure solely on basis regular flow of scholarship, you can claim actual losses.
