Can I recover money from husband after divorce

sir i have got divorce in last month in mutually consent but i have transfer so much amt in my husband and father in love ac i have a ac statement. so can i apply for recovery?
As regards your husband, It depends on the terms and conditions of the Petition for Mutual consent. If it is mentioned in the terms of mutual consent that, you have waived all your claims against your husband, then you can not seek recovery from your husband. However, if you have paid money to father in law, you can seek recovery against him. Frankly speaking, you can even issue notice to your husband for recovery, but i think recovery by legal means may be difficult against him, unless you are able to prove that, what was due to you was not paid.
