Can defendant claim for loss caused during suit by plaintiff?

If plaint is rejected or dismissed by rule 7 section 11, cause of action is not mentioned and of plaintiff has misleaded court by hiding facts then can defendant get monetary damage as for lawyer's fees of defendant and also for emotional stress n other damages caused by such suit? Can defendant get any benifit out of such civil suits?
If the order is not in favour, then the person can always appeal, we suggest that you should file an appeal.
