Builder not paid dues for cement how to file for Summary suit

Have been supplying cement to builder against written orders. Builder has not paid against last 1-2 orders. No dispute etc till now. Almost 1 year old. Can Summary suit be filed based on written orders & receipted challans as documentary evidences to support the claim?

A legal suit for recovery can be filed in a court of law. Kindly check your email so you are able to go ahead with the course of action as per legal remedies available on your email as I post you in a few minutes.

You should not delay the process of recovery of your ine year old pending payment.

Civil courts take time to dispose off the cases and hence the time is a big factor in this recovery case.

Please appoint Advocate and send legal notice of demand of your money and after 2 weeks file the case for recovery.
