Borrowed money not able to pay back bank threatening me through police

I had bought some bank loan from regional places. earlier i had paid some amount to them(bank) then after i couldn't pay because of my bussiness loss. Now they are urging via police and they filed case against me. So kindly help me how to ruled away from this case

As you have committed a default, you have to conduct the case. If the Bank has all the paper work to show that you have not paid the entire loan amount, they can file a case against you. My advice is to approach the Bank and try to negotiate a settlement, and also to engage an Advocate in that Court and conduct the case. Ignoring legal remedies can become problematic for you. Please do not take this issue lightly.

You can go to the police station by yourself or thro an advocate, and explain them that the case is already filed, since the case is already they cannot threaten u to go to the police station.Whatever it is you contest the case aggresively.
