Bank pressuring for loan taken by husband after his death what to do

respeceted sir my husband and takne vechile loan and his brother was the garuntee my husband died in 2014 and i have shifted from goa to mumbai for last 8 years i have even surrenderd the said vechelies to them but still i get letters and notice when i am not party to all this the name of the bnak is madgau cooperative urban bank goa please if you could help me out thank you
Please appoint an Advocate and immediatelt send strict and straight forward legal notice to the Bank.
Once the Bank receives the Legal Notice then they will stop harassing you but till you send them the Legal Notice they will not understand and continue to harass you.
