Bank people are harassing me for credit card dues what step possible?

Dear sir. I had two credit cards named after me initially till last 2 months when i was staying with my husbad. He was not working anywhere since last 10 years. Now the bank people are behind me. Please confirm can i ask them for some time to save some money and give to them?

you had to make the payment for your credit card expenses but you can avoid the same by two ways, 1.) just ignore them and concentrate on your work, though they will initiate legal action against you but don't worry just calm and face legal action and the matter will be solved in some lok adalat at a good rate of discount., 2.) you can send them legal notice through counsel and can claim that the charges are wrong and in this way can pass some time.

You can file a report with your are police station that bank people are threatening you. Make this a priority, and if they don't entertain your complaint than submit a complaint with the police commissioner in writing and do take acknowledgement. after this you can call to the bank and tell them how you want to settle the issue with them. you can definitely ask them for some time to make payment. bank cannot pressurise you unnecessarily.
