Women's right in Agricultural Land as per Hindu Act

My father died in 1967 and i was born in Feb. 1968 after five month of my father's death .My father's elder brother gave his name as my father without any adoption . My mother got married to my father's younger brother . My father's grand father did a gift deed of his agricultural land in favour of his all three grand children in 1956. After death of my father Chakbandi started in 1968 and my father's share as he got through giftt deed distributed by his elder and younger brothers equally. Does i have any right to claim in my father share .

Read your question seriously. In your case, you are sure to receive the parts of your father. Under the Hindu Succession Act of 1956, you can get your relief by filing a civil suit. You will surely get the share of your father.
