woman sold me property but now her husband says did not give consent

Hi.i purchased a property from a women 8 month back , property was in her own name .women married having 2 children one major 1 minor and in registration time 1 major child was consenting witness .now I have started construction now her husband came near property and objected about sale of property saying that he was not part of sale and he is treathed me about bringing stay on construction. My question is that wheater it's possible by him to object the sale of property n bring stay order.please give suggestion. Property was solely in women's name .

If she is the absolute owner of the property other persons can't make over it. So far as husband going to the court and seeking a relief from the court, he may not succeed mearly because he the husband. If he is obstructing you, you get an injection order against him

If the property is her self acquired property, then no one else can claim right over a\it and their consent is not required.

If the property was inherited from her father/mother, her children MAY have interest in the property. Accurate advice can be given only after reviewing the title documents.
