10-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)

30 years back a letter has been written by my father on a 7 RS bond paper that he don't want any share in property, but it is not registered. At the same time my grandfather wrote a postal letter to one of my uncles about the property details and shares. Now we are in dire need of money can I get justice through court. Please give me suggestions. Thanks in advance

We are unable to understand your query.  Your query is silent on the fact on whose name was the property.

Further there is no clarity on the fact what postal letter are you referring to, also please mention the contents of the letter.

If you want share in the property we will have to first understand on whose name the property was registered.
Please provide complete and detail facts so that we can address your query.
