Whom can I approach for seepage maintenance.

01-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
I reside on 2nd floor in a five story apartment and there is a seepage in my bathroom. I approached the 3rd floor owner but he is denying to take initiative. The housing society is not registered and no body is taking initiative. The building is 2 years old. Now how can I get it repaired

Mr. Questioner,
Your question are completely based on two aspects first one is moral law and second one is legal. As per the moral law it is a duty of neighbour to make a healthy relation with his neighbour and to solve all problems peacefully. Suppose if you use force against him then it would be chances of grooming one enemy, So you should try to solve this problem amicably and start collection of maintenance among neighbour for resolve of problems. As per the legal, you can file a case for damage of house caused by your neighbour. You can opt any option as per your requirement. Feel free to call me.

you can get it repaired by approaching the SDO court or the local police alleging nuisance. Further, you can file criminal case against the housing society / 3 rd floor and also file consumer case against them.
