Who will have the first right on my aunt's property

My parents are no more.My father's sis has property n my father is elder bro. She killed in accident. My uncle has taken succession against my unty's property. And they put their names on my unt's property index also. We submitted case in court to get succession. My uncle n other unty has been received succession from court. When my mother was live we submitted application for succession. But case was pending. But after the death of my mother our name has been deleted from the case. I re- appealed but dismissed case by court. So can I get succession from the court? So what I have to do?
