Whether partition through panchayat valid in the court of law?

26-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)

Panchyat Partition is executed on 1990 by father which has equal partition details for 3 sons and rest on his name (I.e father). But it does not talk about the two daughter shares. As if now father is expired and all 3sons and 2 daughter executed sale deed on 2013 of father property. My question is does panchyath partition is valid? If yes Another query is as panchyath partition doesn't talk about daughter's share does it cause any legal issues. Pleas clarify. Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam, the panchayath parikhat is valid in the eye of law and it is admissible in Evidence Act, 1872. In your matter does not arise and not at all applicable because of your partition is already over before the passing new amendment.
