Whether married sister has rights to share my father's assets ?

Hello, My sister is married 38 years back and now she is claiming a part of my father's assets and would like to know if she has rights to claim. Please explain. Thanks

The question is not about when she got married.
It depends on what property she now claims a right to a share.
If it was your father's self acquired property and he died intestate then she has a right to claim a share out of it.
If your father inherited the property being a share in the ancestral property, then your sister may not claim any share in it, moreover if your father bequeathed or settled the property by a registered transaction, then also your sister will become eligible for a share in the said property.
