Whether daughter has a share in father and brother's partnership firm

A father(X) has established a registered partnership firm in 1956 along with his own 4 sons on a land owned by him. Where joint Hindu family business and residence is still carried on. Daughter of X whom she is married in 1956 has filed a partition suit claiming 1/5th of of the total property. Is she entitled to a claim.

Yes she is entitled to claim the said 1/5th share in the total property but only if the said property is ancestral property also, if the Father (x) dies after after 2005 amendment that too inestate then she can claim the said property. Also, in this case as the property is joint family business she is entitled to the said claim.
