Whether any endorsements is obtained or required for agricultural land

I just wanted to know are there any different types of endorsements obtained or required for agricultural land in delhi and noida. for example when we have to purchase a land Here in karnataka there are : no acquisition endorsement by KIADB ,PTCL endorsement ,certificate to hold land agricultural land ,48A&B endorsements . likewise is there any for DELHI AND NOIDA

Yes there are quite a few of those. These require due diligence and research behind them. Also Delhi and Noida are two separate cities/ UT and also fall under different states of India thereby attracting state amendments and circulars. Please note that for purchasing a land knowledge of these endorsements is very necessary.

Land laws is state subject . It's permissible user is provided under the respective local laws. Delhi n Noida being two different states are governed by separate laws. Here also for transfer of agricultural land, regulations are required to be met , Further answers wud depend upon details description of the land.
