What will the Compensation for Land acquisition by Private company.

My Agricultural land had been aquired by a Wind turbine Private company in 2013,some amount is still pending with the company,, could you please help me how to claim the 5 time compensation on the land based on new "Fare Compensation and land aquisition Act 2015"
When the land was acquired you must have entered into a agreement with the company. As per the agreement, we will have to examine the payment schedule clause. If the clause states a penalty clause, then you can claim the said compensation.
However, if the agreement is silent, then you can file a suit of recovery under Order 37 Rule 1 and 2.
