What to do if neighbour is trying to acquire my property

We are Hindus we have a revenue site measuring 36x36. The neighbour next to us as built the compound in our site ..so therefore the measurement of our site is 33x36 ...kindly tell me wat steps to be taken ...how can I get my measurement back.
If the neighbor encroached your site, then you can approach to court of law and get bà ck your potion of the property. Consult and file a suit and get tour property back. Get all the property documents and consult.
