What to do if DDA claims our house as their land

04-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
we have a house inherited after death of my Maternal Grand father (Nana ji). this land was in his possession from 1944-45. in 1985 Gramsabha filled a case that this land located in khasra no. 6 belong to it, court decided in my grand father's favour and nothing happend after that. later gramsabha gave nearby land to DDA and now DDA says this land belong to them it is is in khasra no.7. So now our document say khasra no. 6 but somehow this was not updated in land records and govt. records say it is 7. maybe khasra no. was wrongly mentioned in case in 1985. but this land is with us since 1944-45 and in 1985 court settled the case too. but don't know what to do now.

You can file a writ petition seeking direction to DDA making dda , the land acquisition collector and the gram sabha a party seeking direction in your favour. In the same petition also ask for stay on any dispossession by dda

I suggest you, for this purpose you kindly file a suit for declaration along with documentary proof you have against DDA by which you are stating that the said plot have been transferred to you...

you may prefer a civil suit for declaration and permanent injunction against the DDA before the concerned court of competent jurisdiction. You have the possession since long and No one can dispossess you in any manner. You have to prove the possession and title in your favour. Rest we may discuss in meeting

Hello,
Do you have your present record? Can you show us all your documents and the final judgement? If things are in your favour then nothing will go wrong.

you would have to file a writ petition in the delhi high court seeking apt remedy under article 226 of the constitution of inida, alongwith the same you would also have to file a stay to protect you from dispossession
