What rights to daughters have in fathers property

Kya betiyon ko Pita ki sampatti par maa ke jivit hote huy nirnay lene koi adhikar hai aur tab,jab maa anpadh aur na samajah ho?
agar pita ji ki mrityu 2005 ke baad hui hai to beti ka bhi property me samanya adhikar hoga. Is baat se koi farak nahi padta ki veh anpadh aur nasamajh hain, yadi aap sampatti ka saara addhikar beti ko dena chahte hain to apni maaata ji se beti ke naam ek power of attorney sign karwa lijiye.

In response to the above query, would like to opine that with the amendment of Hindu Succession Act, 2005, the daughters have equal rights on the property of the father as to the sonsHence u have equal rights to be appointed as the "Karta" on the property irrespective of being uneducated. Haa aapko poora adhikar hai apne bhaiyo ke barabar, pita ki sampatti me. Dhanywaad
