What rights do I have in my fathers property

respected sir/madam, we are only 2 sisters of my father, i my self younger one, we both got married respectively in the year 1976 and 1983, i (younger one ) didn't get any property of my fathers ancestors as well his self acquired but my sister (elder one),her husband, got my fathers property(based on my fathers wish only they got.but i(younger) did not sign in any document ligally) now my father and mother are alive. they have nothing in their hands. i have 3 sons. do have i any right to ask my share in property. is NTR Act appicable to this case kindly clarify. thanking you

Hi
Since there are no male children to your father, you daughters will be eligible to share the properties of your father . you have all the right to ask for your share of the property. NTR act will be of additional value to you
