13-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
accroding to NTR Act daughters also have rights of fathers ancesters property in case there is no brothers to take the property. is daughter have any right on that property my father sell his propery to some one and as well gift given to some one . have we any right on it. at present my fathers are alive
You should ask for a share of your property as you have all the rights equivalent of the son. more so in your case there are no brothers.
father cannot dispose of the ancestral property and on this property daughter has all the right to ask for a partition. You should ask for a partition of property when your father is alive only.
