Hello sir m belonging from hindu family(u.p).respected sir my problem is.actually m confuse dnt knw wt to do ..bcoz mere in-lwas marriage register krne nahi de rahe m married since 10 years hvng 1 daughter.nd husbnd nd in laws mentaly torture krte h .domestic voilence h.abuse krna maarna gaali..expense nahi dena.drink krte h bar me jana extra marital affr nd muje maarne ki dhamki dete h. Jala k mar denge ya goli mar denge.or husbnd ki 2nd marriage krenge..husbnd is happetitic since 1year.now m refusing fr sexual relation bt dey forcng..sir mai unsafe hu..muje beti k saath mere rights k sath jana h...i m unsafe here jo property me mera rights h wo chahiye...rite now mai inlaws k ghar hu..sir how i will get plz help me sir plz....plzzzz guide me .thnku sir

See though your marriage is not registered, you must be having any other documents of your and your child's name in which your full name along with your husbands name appears, Secondly you can lodge a complaint with the police againt your inlaws for the physical and mental torture, and for the property u can file suits against your husband for your and your child's maintainance.
