what legal remedy if somebody create wrong document of property

We have house on my father name it was 350sqyards but we constructed house 400sqyards for this we have grampanchayat permission (400sqyards) given me last 20years for this we are paying tax also from last 20years OK. But now some one created document on some of place in my house for this grampanchayat given a permission.now what i will do give me an answer
You can send a legal notice to that person stating your demands and concerns. However you can also register a complaint against him under section 420 of IPC for cheating . It is also advised that file an RTI in the gram panchayat seeking the status of given permission and how they gave the same piece of property to two persons
