What is the value of registered lease

There is a land purchased by my Grand Father when my father was minor under the name of his two elder brothers, now they says my father has no right of ownership, my father has a registered power of attorney from his brothers & my father has leased that land to us for 29 yrs. Name of my father in Nagar nigam doc. is from last 15 yrs.My question is that : Are my father's elder brothers have right to vacant that land from me as I am having registered lease for 29 yrs.& name in Nagar Nigam reciept have no value?

if the property is a self acquired acquired property then your father has no right over the property. but it being ancestral in nature you will have the right over the property. But as you are saying that in nagar nigam documents your father name is mentioned on the property then he is also the owner then your uncles cannot force him to vacate the premises.
