What is the validity time for a builder agreement

We belong to hindu religion. I am one of 5 legal heirs for my fathers property. 4 of us made an agreement with a builder 12 years back. but he has not executed it till now. Is the agreement valid or not?
The agreement is elapsed by time. what you are all doing for such a long time. if you want a share in the property then go for legal partition with all other legal heirs. Till now the builder has not taken any legal action against your group. then no problem. claim your rights in the property.
