What is the validity of a registered GPA in a sale deed?

Is the registered GPA given by mother & 4 brothers to elder brother valid for sale deed. In GPA right for sale deed & accepting money on their be half is given to GPA holder,

The validity depends totally upon the contents stated in the GPA. If the GPA list outs the power given with regards to your query put forth , in that case the GPA would hold valid. But the validity can only be held proper only post vetting the GPA

Yes it is valid if there is clause of sale of property rights.
And another important thing is that it should be registered POA and proper stamp duty should be paid n POA. And all the POA grantor should be alive at the time of sale. Declaration regarding this should be given and attached it along with POA to sale deed.
