What is process for transfer of ownership to 2 Daughters as owner of property died & sale deed of owner is with daughter?(Hindu religion)
Please elaborate the history of the said case..of brief fact of the case. as per the said fact..whether the said owner is died after becoming the owner of the said property without making will then his property will devolve according to succession and if both doughters wants to become the owner of the said property then they have to take from the court of law " Hearship certificate"

firstly whether the owner died intestate or not. If in case he has died intesteate, the nomination shall govern the further process as to whom the property shall be transferred. Absence of nomination, the legal heirs of the owner need to get their legal heir certificate from the court. Else submit an indemnity or declaration if accepted by the concerned authority for transfer of property.
