What is the status of old liabilities in purchase by court (DRT) order
30-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, I had bought property through DRT Mumbai in 2013 and the same has been duly transferred in my name. Now some old liabilities (not known earlier) are being presented e.g the pending water and sewer tax, the society maintenance charges etc. Am I liable to take care of these although these were not mentioned in the advertisement by DRT. Kind regards and thanks,
