My mother transfer a immovable property through gift deed in blood relation. please conform the stamp duty rate for its area located in gorakhpur uttar pardesh.
Stamp duty will be paid as sell and what is the circule rate of that area where the land is situated. Same stamp duty paid as sell deed by gift deed a property also transfer and stamp duty depend upon circle rate of that area
