What is the stamp duty on a gift deed

For the purpose of registration of gift deed - is registration of gift to nephew applicable to concessional rate of stamp duty ? In this connection , it should be noted that family as per gift act includes brothers, sisters , daughter in law , grandson , daughter - so technicaly also nephew cannot be ousted) .. Pls elucidate
