What is the share of sister in fathers property

We are Hindus, my father passed away without a legal will. My flat is bought by me and I'm repaying the home loan. The flat agreement has names of me and my father. Divorcee sister is staying forcibly in my flat and ill treating me and my family hence I am staying in a separate rented apartment. She does'nt discuss the issue and resolve it amicably. How can I make my sister leave my flat? Any other way out?
You are the legal owner of the Flat. You can send a legal notice to your sister for forcefully occupying the possession of your premises. You can sue her in the court of law, and gain the possession of your premises.
