The daughter is equal share holder. The siblings can at best sell their share of the mother property and not the entire share . If they sell your share you will have many court visits only. Best is obtain stay order from court so the property will not sell , even if some one buys ur share he will not get any title to property of your share. I am Punjab based Advocate, dealing in such type of matters..

The daughter has got an equal right along with the other siblings unless in your case the mother has executed any will in favor of any particular family member. They cannot sign qua your share. The course would to move an application to the authorities to sanction mutation in favor of all the legal heirs.

Yes u can file a case against ur brother and sister . You can also claim ur share in mothers property . Both brother sisters have equal right in ur's mother property . You can also file a complaint regarding this fraud against ur brother and sister in NRI Cell.
