What is the registration charge for making a gift deed

If deed is gifted to sister in law what is the registration charges?I am a hindu.
If you want to give gift in family the charges are 1.6 percent government fees and other misc expenses apart from fees of the advocate who will be doing the registration. This is the fees for government only in case of family and not in case of gift and not for sale.
