What is the process to register as an investors Association

We are around 15 members of investors who bought property. We cannot register as owners association. We need to register our association as investor's association. How to register? Please advice us.
You can register as Partnership Firm with an intention to develop the property. Feel free to meet me with all the details so that I can help you with Agreement and registration of the Firm. A registered partnership Firm will benefit better than an Association when disputes arise due to simple and easy Partnership Act governing it.,
