What is the procedure to stop illegal construction on my land

Hello... My mother had purchased a land in gaya bihar in the year 1976. Mutation is also in her name and revenue receipt is also upto date. But someone illegally captured the land and doing construction on that land. I want to know how to tackle this situation and full process to get possession of that land.
First of all you should file a petition before sdo for institution of section 144. After that you can file a suit claiming injunction in civil court at Gaya. All the drafts will be provided by me how to proceed.
