Respected Sir, As per subject mention above I want to know what is exact procedure to purchase a land through property dealers.Total numbers of documents required,area which is taken most care during deal to avoid any type of fraudulent matter.How to ensure correctness of documents presented by seller etc. I am expecting advise soon from you,and I will be gratful & highly obliged to you. Please meet personally with all the documents provided by the property dealer. You are to search the title of the seller himself as well title of the person from whom he purchased the land. You are to check title for last 30 years.
