What is the procedure to make Family Settlement Deed

Dear sir, We have a house in west delhi on my mother name. Along with our family, our uncle family (cacha) is residing with us on first floor from last 35 years and we are resding on ground floor. Now we are paying to our uncle to leave the house on the basis mutual settlement. so, we wanted to ask you that what kind of settlement paper can be made with his family signature so nobody from there family can stand up in future and ask of more money/property share.

you need prepare the mutual deed/ agreement between the parties with the terms and conditions and signed by the two witnesses after that need to get registered that deed from the concern registrar office, which could be SDM or any other Revenue officer of the particular area.
