What is the procedure to get the name transferred for a flat

Me and my brother jointly own a flat in mumbai. Our wives are non-working. What will be the charges if we both want to transfer the flat jointly in our wives name. We are all Hindus.
there is simple procedure
both are execute the Gift deed documents before sub registrar.
after that moved mutation application before sub registrar or city survey office. then both wives name in the property card i.e. Akhiv Patrika
and apply corporation for change of name and attached abovesaid documents
