what is the procedure to evict the tenants from the property?

17-May-2023 (In Property Law)
1. mom dad divorced 27 years back she is single parent, dad married to other women, she doesn't allow me to enter in their house. 2. dad still financially helping, but totally under control of 2nd wife. 3. my father has bought prop in name of my naphew which is staying with him with his wife and daughter from 11 years. 4. me and mom staying in that place from feb 2017, without any agreement and fear that we might get thrown out under odd events. QUERY. 1. we want to safeguard our self for not getting thrown out from house under spells of dad's second wife. so how can legally we can stay in place? (its PAGDI / TENANT- LANDLORD PROPERTY & they are not allowing me to pay rent to landlord or any bills) 2. we need to make agreement for getting gas connection, so which can be best without registration? ( rent agreement WITH / WITHOUT consideration OR Gift Deed out of natural love but that will be hard to convince them) 3. if any agreement needed, then in MY or MOTHER'S name?

You can ask your father to make a gift deed in your favour or your mother's favour.

You are governed by the Rent Control Act in Pagdi system so eviction laws under that will prevail. Your adhar card or bank statement reflecting your address will be good enough to apply for a gas connection and you dont need to have an agreement for that.

one way is not to do anything,if they want to evict you they have to file suit of eviction and get decree of eviction you been gratuitous licencee.
however good title der have they cannot simply evict you without taking recourse to court.
