What is the procedure to disown son from the property

I have prepared papers to disown my son and daughter in law from property. does I have to sumit those papers in some office

no, you do not. but what you need to do is take out a public notice through an english and a vernacular newspaper informing the public of this development. till the public notice is issued, if your son or daughter in law represent themselves as your lineage, you will be accountable.

You can publish an advertisement in a leading daily and can also send a copy of the endorsement to the S.D.M. for the proper execution.
For more purposes you can also file a suit for permanent injunction after completing these formalities.

You can also execute a registered will in favour of your other legal heirs by not giving any share to your son and daughter in law etc. That is a more legal solution when it comes to immovable property
