What is the procedure to change name in a registered property document
28-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a agriculture land , which is brought by my parents when i am minor, later on i change my name and all the documents such as passport, aadhar card, mark sheet my new name is mention except that property registry. Now i want to change name in that registry also.So could you please specify me the procedure to get name change in that registry.
You need to go to the registrar office alongwith an affidavit with regard to your change of name and the publication of newspaper alongwith your other credentials with an application for change of name in the records of registry

आपने अगर लीगल तरीके से नाम बदला है तो आप रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस में आपके नये नाम के सारे डाक्युमेट और आवेदन के सात शपथ पत्र देकर आप नाम बदल कर उसमे संशोधन करवा सकते हे और साथ ही आपको किसी न्यूज़ पेपर में दी गई जाहिर सुचना की कॉपी भी लगा सकते हो

You can use the affidavit /declaration that was made by you earlier when you had changed your name first time I'm document's.or you can also use the cutting of news paper declaration which you made earlier
