What is the legal rules related to succession as per Christian laws

Hello Sir, I'm Daniel from Adoni. I'm staying with my mother. Actually she don't have children.she is my father's brother(younger brother) wife. My father and his brother also expired. I'm staying with my aunt(chinnamma/chikkamma). Actually I'm calling her mom. In my school certificates and my aunt and my uncle(babai/chinnappa/chinnana)name are there. She have house in her name. She is ready to give me. But what is the legal procedure.
She can transfer the said property in your favor by registering a gift deed in your name. By way of gift deed the said house will be transferred in your name.
