If the house has been registered in your uncles name, it is impossible to claim any share. However, you say that there was a judgement of the Ongole civil judge int his matter. Only perusal of the judgement can throw any light (provided it is relevant)

Nothing can be done as much water has flown under the bridge. More over you need to have documents to substantiate all your claims before the Civil Court. The issue raised by you is not that simple, ultimately you will be wasting your time and money. Better you negotiate with your uncle and try to get some benefits.
