What is the court fee to be given in case of partition suit

sir my father died in 2004 he have 8 acre agriculture land and two rented building and house in gudalur taluk. my brother not ready for partion. one lawer told me that for pation suite you must pay 1/9 of father asset in court . i am house wife also not in a position to pay huge amount .wheather any exception . or is it true to pay 1/9
