14-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
DEAR SIR IN 1940,IN WARANGAL WE HAVE GIVEN OUR LAND TO GOVERNMENT 60% AND 40% WAS KEPT WITH US.BUT AS GENERATIONS PASSED WE HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT GOVERNMENT HAD TAKEN OUR REMAINING 40% LAND WITHOUT INFORMING TO US. FOR WHICH WE HAVE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WITH US. AND WE FILED A CASE IN HIGH COURT WITH A LAWYER IN HYDERABAD. BUT NOW OUR QUERY IS THAT ITS BEEN MORE THAN 18 MONTHS AND THE CASE IS STILL PENDING FROM JANUARY 2017. WE NEED TO KNOW HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCEED THE CASE OR ANY ALTERNATE WILL YOU SUGGEST FOR US. WE THANK FOR YOUR VALUABLE REPLY SIR. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Since the litigation process is quite lengthy and unpredictable you can not do anything for the same. You will have to attend all the hearings of the case and wait for the court's verdict.
